Stephanie and Iain‘s wedding at the Alexandrian is one that I’ve been looking forward to for almost two years, and it absolutely did not disappoint!
The Couple
From the couple: “We met on the sticky dance floors of Rumors bar in Dupont Circle (classy). When Iain asked for Stephanie’s number, she accidentally gave him nine digits…instead of the full ten. Iain had no idea the number didn’t work, text it multiple times to no response! It took 2 weeks before Stephanie’s friend and bridesmaid, Brittney, finally gave Iain the last digit and the rest is history.”
The Wedding
Continuing with what seems to be a theme for this year, there was a lot of rain in the forecast for Stephanie and Iain’s wedding day, but that didn’t seem to have any impact on these two lovebirds and their excitement to get married. Stephanie was so calm and blissfully happy all morning – and Iain and the guys were playing FIFA when Tommy arrived. Although it rained for the bulk of the day, we were able to get some really beautiful portraits of them both inside and outside (and those awesome rainy night shots!) There were several hilarious speeches, and their party was one of the best this year so far! I adore these two so much and it was such an honor to be by their side. Here are just a few of my favorites from Stephanie and Iain’s big day.
