Alexandra ~ High School Senior!

October 25, 2012 Alexandra ~ High School Senior!

This Saturday I met Alex to do her senior portraits. I’ve known Alex for a few years through her father, who I work with often in the freelance video world. I was so excited when I realized that this beautiful girl was a senior this year! She enthusiastically agreed when I asked her to be my guinea pig as my first senior portrait session! I couldn’t be more thrilled with how these turned out! Looking through her photos I wished that I had done something like this when I was a high school senior. I only did the stuffy, posed studio portraits that the school offered, and to be honest.. they were just BAD. Of course they still live on the walls in both my parents’ and my grandmother’s houses. If only… :P

If you are or know a senior in high school or college who would like natural, modern portraits to capture this special time, please contact me! I’m currently working on an ambassador program and the first few seniors who enroll get a discount off of their session fee!

The light was SO gorgeous at the always amazing Irvine Nature Center.

Alex, you are too beautiful for your own good!

Alexandra’s boyfriend of two years, Steven, joined us for the session and even stepped in for a few photos.

LOVE these next two. Especially how the wind blew her hair on the right one.

Alex is a cheerleader at her high school and brought her uniform for her final outfit change. I love these!

Thanks for being my guinea pig, Alex! I hope you love these photos and that you will be proud to have them on your parents’ walls for years to come ;)
