I can actually remember exactly what day I first heard from Brittany and Vince about their wedding. It was the day of Ashley and Phil’s wedding last year. I remember getting in the car at the end of the night, checking my phone, and having separate emails from both Brittany and Vince about photographing their wedding. I couldn’t wait to meet them and we hit it off right away. It’s always a huge honor when another creative chooses you to capture their day. Vince is into photography, and that’s actually how he and Brittany originally met! He was the photographer for Brittany’s brother’s rehearsal dinner!

We met up about a year ago for their engagement session at Longwood Gardens, and it feels like in no time at all, their wedding day was here! Friday was a rainy, dreary day, but Brittany and Vince embraced what mother nature threw at them, and had the most wonderful day. Before the ceremony, Brittany and Vince shared in a very sweet first look, one of many moments that brought tears to our eyes that day. Brittany was an absolutely stunning bride, just wait until you see her. After her first look with Vince, we staged a similar moment with her daddy, another one of my favorite parts of the day. We were able to get beautiful images inside the inn before the ceremony, and outside in the rain twice more later in the day. I loved working alongside Brad Rankin with This Day Fwd, who has already put together a teaser video for them, which you can see at the end of this post. Frank Marsden with Friendly Entertainment brought the party and had the dance floor packed all night! It was an amazing day for two beautiful people who couldn’t be more in love and more happy to be married. Britt and Vince, it was an honor being your wedding photographer!
