I’ve said this a few times this year: writing about friends is the hardest.

Tony is my husband Steve’s best friend – and as such I’ve known Tony for what feels like forever. He’s one of the good guys. The kind of person who is always there for his friends, and never asks for anything in return. He’s one of the guys that truly deserves someone amazing who won’t take that for granted. Enter Dana. I still remember the night that Tony told us he had started dating her. Everything about her sounded perfect. They were into the same music, she was also a huge video game nerd, she was beautiful, and she liked him. Too good to be true? You’d think so, but nope, it was true. When I first met Dana I knew that she was the one for Tony. No question, hands down. But what I didn’t realize is that I’d be getting a best friend out of the deal too. Dana is a beautiful person inside and out and an incredible mama to three really amazing kids. I’m so lucky to have them all in my life.

Tony proposed to Dana two years ago at Rams Head Live (She was pregnant with their son Parker at the time!) during an event that they helped put together. What better place to start for their engagement session? Once we finished up at Rams Head we went to RA Sushi for a delicious dinner, and then finished up their session exploring Fells until sunset. I can’t wait until these two lovebirds get married in October – it’s going to be a blast!
