September 2, 2015 Annie + Wijy | Historic Savage Mill Wedding
Through this job I get to meet some pretty amazing people. I’m obviously biased in some respect, but I honestly do feel like I tend to find couples who are an awesome fit and I genuinely love working with them. Annie and Wijy are no exception. Their wedding was pretty incredible. With nearly 150 guests, and more than half of the room being friends – you know that they’re pretty special. I’m always so impressed when people make it well into adulthood and keep in touch with their friends from grade school – let alone be able to fill a room with them! The only other time I’ve seen this many people from early in a couple’s life present at a wedding is when I photographed the wedding of their friends Brian and Erin last year. Also knowing how much fun that wedding was, I knew this one would be a blast too. Totally right.
Everything came together perfectly for Annie and Wijy’s big day. Andrea looked completely gorgeous, and Wijy’s reaction during their first look was just the sweetest. The Great Room at Historic Savage Mill was the perfect space for their wedding and the reception decor was just gorgeous. I loved the secret garden feel. All in all, it was an awesome day and a true joy to photograph. Congratulations Annie and Wijy- you guys are awesome and I’m so glad you chose me to capture your big day!

Posted at 15:14h, 02 SeptemberI love all the bridge pictures! I know that bridge is quite narrow and not the easiest to maneuver but you captured a variety of different angles perfectly! The bride’s bouquet is really lovely!
